Reselling your wine... and a start-up of interest

Two follow-ups from last Thursday's class:

  • In California, you can resell your wine as long as it's to someone with a license (like a retailer), and as long as the wine is at least five years old (for whites) or ten years old (for reds). This is a state-specific law, so don't try this in New York
